As a registered user you can view all your recently opened/closed tickets and current statuses.

What do we charge?
Before we attempt to fix any issue we will asses your request to make sure we can fix them.
For your peace of mind we offer a No Fix, No Fee service for all remote support requests.

PC’s and Laptops: £20 per hour
Servers: £45 per hour
Printers: £17 per hour
Mobile Phones: £17 per hour
Routers and Networking: £15 per hour
Not listed: £20 per hour
